Cooking Guidelines
To ensure food safety, the FDA recommends the following as minimum internal cooking temperatures:

If using ground beef, follow same instructions as ground pork in Steps 2 and 3, baking uncovered in hot oven until loaves reach minimum internal temperature, 25-30 minutes.

If using ground turkey, follow same instructions as ground pork in Steps 2 and 3, baking uncovered in hot oven until loaves reach minimum internal temperature, 30-35 minutes.

1 Prepare the Vegetables
Turn oven on to 425 degrees. Let preheat, at least 10 minutes. Thoroughly rinse any fresh produce and pat dry.
In provided tray, combine onions, zucchini, buttermilk-dill seasoning, a pinch of salt and pepper, and 2 tsp. olive oil.Push vegetables to one side and top with Parmesan and half the panko (reserve remaining for meatloaves). -
2 Add the Meatloaves
In a mixing bowl, combine remaining panko, a pinch of salt, and 2 Tbsp. water. Rest, 1 minute.
After 1 minute, add ground pork, half the cheddar (reserve remaining for topping), 1/4 tsp. salt, and 1/4 tsp. pepper. Form mixture into two equally-sized, oval-shaped loaves.Place loaves in empty side of tray. Top evenly with ketchup, remaining cheddar, then bacon. -
3 Bake the Meal
Bake uncovered in hot oven until meatloaves reach a minimum internal temperature of 160 degrees, 25-30 minutes.
Carefully remove from oven. Bon appétit!
