1 Make the Salad
Thoroughly rinse produce and pat dry.
Cut or tear romaine lettuce.Combine ranch dressing and half the taco seasoning (reserve remaining for chicken) in a bowl.Place chicken and corn in a microwave-safe bowl. Microwave until warm, 1-2 minutes.Toss chicken and corn with reserved taco seasoning.Place romaine, corn, and chicken in a bowl and toss with dressing. Garnish with tortilla strips and guacamole. Bon appétit!
