To ensure food safety, the FDA recommends the following as minimum internal cooking temperatures:

If using pork chops, pat dry. Bake uncovered in hot oven until pork chops reach minimum internal temperature, 23-27 minutes. Rest, 3 minutes. Pork thickness can vary; if you receive a thinner chop, we recommend checking for doneness sooner.

1 Heat the Vegetables
Turn oven on to 425 degrees. Let preheat, at least 10 minutes. Thoroughly rinse any fresh produce and pat dry.
Combine butternut squash, Brussels sprouts, 1 tsp. olive oil, and a pinch of pepper in a large microwave-safe bowl. Top with 1/4 tsp. salt and cover with a damp paper towel.Microwave covered until vegetables begin to soften, 2-4 minutes.Carefully remove bowl from microwave. -
2 Add the Chicken
Transfer vegetables to one side of provided tray and top with butter. Butter will melt as meal bakes.
Pat chicken dry.Add marinara to empty side of tray and top with chicken. Top chicken with half the panko (remaining half is yours to use as you please!), pressing gently to adhere, then cheese. Drizzle 2 tsp. olive oil over chicken. -
3 Bake the Meal
Bake uncovered in hot oven until topping is browned and chicken reaches a minimum internal temperature of 165 degrees, 23-28 minutes.
Tent with foil if browning too quickly.Carefully remove tray from oven. Rest, 3 minutes.Bon appétit!
