Cooking Guidelines
To ensure food safety, the FDA recommends the following as minimum internal cooking temperatures:
- Steak and Pork 145° F (rest cooked meat, 3 minutes) |
- Seafood 145° F |
- Chicken 165° F |
- Ground Beef 160° F |
- Ground Turkey 165° F |
- Ground Pork 160° F

Prepare the Ingredients
Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Remove lid and label, if necessary. When ingredient appears in recipe, remove from packaging. Thoroughly rinse any fresh produce and pat dry.
Gently mix broccoli, potatoes, half the seasoning blend (reserve remaining for chicken) and 2 tsp. olive oil in provided tray. Spread into an even layer. -
Add Chicken and Topping
Place chicken on top of vegetables. Sprinkle evenly with remaining seasoning blend. Top chicken evenly with sauce and mozzarella. Sprinkle Parmesan over entire dish.

Bake the Dish
Bake uncovered in hot oven until cheese is melted and chicken reaches a minimum internal temperature of 165 degrees, 25-30 minutes.
If cheeses brown before chicken finishes cooking, tent with foil.Carefully, remove from oven. Coarsely crush Parmesan crisps and sprinkle over dish. Bon appétit!
