Cooking Guidelines

To ensure food safety, the FDA recommends the following as minimum internal cooking temperatures:

  • Steak and Pork 145° F (rest cooked meat, 3 minutes) |
  • Seafood 145° F |
  • Chicken 165° F |
  • Ground Beef 160° F |
  • Ground Turkey 165° F |
  • Ground Pork 160° F

Customize It Instructions

  • If using antibiotic free chicken breasts, follow same instructions.

    Prepare the Ingredients

    Coarsely crush croutons.

    Trim and thinly slice green onions, keeping white and green portions separate.

    Peel and halve shallot. Cut halves into 1/4" dice.

    In a mixing bowl, combine softened cream cheese, white portions of green onions, a pinch of salt, and garlic pepper. Set aside.

    Pat chicken dry. Season both sides with a pinch of salt and pepper.

    Assemble the Chicken

    Place chicken on prepared baking sheet.

    Evenly top with cream cheese mixture, then croutons, pressing gently to adhere.

    Spray evenly with cooking spray.

    Roast the Chicken

    Roast in hot oven until chicken reaches a minimum internal temperature of 165 degrees, 15-20 minutes.

    Carefully remove from oven.

    While chicken roasts, continue recipe.

    Start the Cauliflower

    Cut cauliflower into bite-sized pieces.

    Place a large oven-safe non-stick pan over medium heat and add 1 tsp. olive oil.

    Add cauliflower, shallots, garlic salt, and a pinch of pepper to hot pan. Stir occasionally until vegetables are slightly browned, 2-3 minutes.

    Add mushroom base, 2 Tbsp. water, and butter. Stir occasionally until combined and butter is melted, 1-2 minutes.

    Remove from burner.

    Finish Cauliflower and Finish Dish

    Transfer oven-safe pan to hot oven and roast cauliflower until golden-brown, 8-10 minutes.

    Carefully remove from oven. Pan handle will be hot! Use an oven mitt.

    Plate dish as pictured on front of card, topping cauliflower with green portions of green onions. Bon appétit!
