To ensure food safety, the FDA recommends the following as minimum internal cooking temperatures:

If using antibiotic free chicken breasts, follow same instructions.

1 Prepare the Ingredients
Coarsely crush croutons.
Trim and thinly slice green onions, keeping white and green portions separate.Peel and halve shallot. Cut halves into 1/4" dice.In a mixing bowl, combine softened cream cheese, white portions of green onions, a pinch of salt, and garlic pepper. Set aside.Pat chicken dry. Season both sides with a pinch of salt and pepper. -
2 Assemble the Chicken
Place chicken on prepared baking sheet.
Evenly top with cream cheese mixture, then croutons, pressing gently to adhere.Spray evenly with cooking spray. -
3 Roast the Chicken
Roast in hot oven until chicken reaches a minimum internal temperature of 165 degrees, 15-20 minutes.
Carefully remove from oven.While chicken roasts, continue recipe. -
4 Start the Cauliflower
Cut cauliflower into bite-sized pieces.
Place a large oven-safe non-stick pan over medium heat and add 1 tsp. olive oil.Add cauliflower, shallots, garlic salt, and a pinch of pepper to hot pan. Stir occasionally until vegetables are slightly browned, 2-3 minutes.Add mushroom base, 2 Tbsp. water, and butter. Stir occasionally until combined and butter is melted, 1-2 minutes.Remove from burner. -
5 Finish Cauliflower and Finish Dish
Transfer oven-safe pan to hot oven and roast cauliflower until golden-brown, 8-10 minutes.
Carefully remove from oven. Pan handle will be hot! Use an oven mitt.Plate dish as pictured on front of card, topping cauliflower with green portions of green onions. Bon appétit!
