Cooking Guidelines
To ensure food safety, the FDA recommends the following as minimum internal cooking temperatures:

Prepare The Ingredients
Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Remove lid and label, if necessary. When ingredient appears in recipe, remove from packaging. Combine orzo, 1-1/4 cup water, peas, and half the seasoning blend in provided tray until completely combined. Spread into a single layer.

Prepare The Meatballs
Combine ground beef and remaining seasoned salt on tray lid.
If using ground turkey or ground pork, follow same instructions.Divide beef mixture into six evenly-sized meatballs, about the size of golf balls. Place meatballs on top of orzo mixture. -
Bake The Meal
Roast in hot oven until oezo is tender and meatballs have reached a minimum internal temperature of 160 degrees, 24-28 minutes.
Remove from oven and transfer meatballs to a plate. Stir in tomato paste, cream cheese and mozzarella balls.Plate dish as pictured on front of card, topping meatballs with balsamic glaze. Bon appétit!
