If using ground turkey, cook until patties reach minimum internal temperature, 6-8 minutes per side.

1 Crisp Bacon and Form Patties
Line a plate with a paper towel.
Place a large non-stick pan over medium-high heat and add 1 tsp. olive oil.Add bacon to hot pan and cook until crisp, 1-2 minutes.Remove from burner. Transfer bacon to towel-lined plate. Wipe pan clean and reserve.While bacon crisps, form ground pork into four equally-sized patties, 5" across.Season both sides with half the garlic salt (reserve remaining for potatoes) and rotisserie chicken seasoning. -
2 Cook the Potatoes
Return pan used to crisp bacon to medium-high heat and add 1 Tbsp. olive oil.
Add potatoes, remaining garlic salt, 1/4 tsp. pepper, and a pinch of salt to hot pan. Stir occasionally until slightly browned, 3-5 minutes.Remove from burner.While potatoes cook, continue recipe. -
3 Cook the Patties
Summertime, and the grilling is easy! To grill this burger, heat grill to medium. Follow same instructions, grilling until browned and pork reaches a minimum internal temperature of 160 degrees, 4-6 minutes per side.
Place another large non-stick pan over medium-high heat and add 1 Tbsp. olive oil.Add patties to hot pan. Cook until slightly charred and patties reach a minimum internal temperature of 160 degrees, 4-6 minutes per side.Evenly top with BBQ sauce and cheese, then add 1 tsp. water. Cover and cook until cheese is melted, 2-3 minutes.Remove from burner.While patties cook, continue recipe. -
4 Heat Rolls, Assemble Slaw, and Finish Dish
Heat rolls to your preference using a toaster or microwave.
Alternatively, place a large non-stick pan over medium heat and add rolls, cut-side down, to hot, dry pan. Toast until lightly browned, 1-2 minutes.In a mixing bowl, combine slaw mix, Dijon dressing, and a pinch of salt.Plate dish as pictured on front of card, topping bottom roll with patty, crispy onions, then top roll. Garnish potatoes with ranch dressing and bacon. Bon appétit!
