1 Prepare The Ingredients
Peel, trim, and cut carrot into 1/4" slices on an angle.
Trim and thinly slice green onions on an angle, keeping white and green portions separate.Mince garlic -
2 Cook The Beef
"Place a large non-stick pan over medium-high heat.
Add 1 tsp olive oil, ground beef, and a pinch of salt and pepper to hot pan. Break up meat until no pink remains and beef reaches a minimum internal temperature of 160 degrees, 4-6 minutes. Add garlic and cook 1 minute. Transfer ground beef to a plate."Reserve pan, no need to wipe clean. -
3 Cook The Vegetables
In the same pan over medium high heat, add 1 tsp olive oil, carrot slices, and seasoning blend. Stir often until lightly browned, 2-3 minutes. Add peas, green onion bottoms, demi, and 1/3 cup water to pan and bring to a simmer. Add beef to the pan and stir to combine,

4 Assemble and Bake The Dish
Add biscuit mix, green onion tops, and 1/3 cup water to a small bowl until completely combined and the consistency of thick pancake batter.
Add 1/3 of the filling into a 2 quart casserole dish. Top with 1/3 of the cheese. Repeat layers.Top filling with biscuit mixture. Bake in a hot oven until browned in top, 14-16 minutes. -
5 Finish The Dish
