Can delicious gyro flavors be confined to a handheld sandwich? Hardly. We've got the meaty good flavor here, topped with tomatoes and tzatziki, but in meatball form. And if that isn't enough to sell you, there are some green beans tossed in butter. Great flavors can't be confined.

Cooking Guidelines
To ensure food safety, the FDA recommends the following as minimum internal cooking temperatures:

If using ground turkey, add meatballs to hot pan and cook until turkey reaches minimum internal temperature, 11-13 minutes.

1 Prepare the Ingredients
Trim ends off green beans, if necessary.
Core tomato and cut into 1/2" dice.Place butter in a microwave-safe bowl. Microwave until melted, 30-60 seconds. -
2 Roast the Green Beans
Place green beans on prepared baking sheet. Toss with 1 tsp. olive oil, piri piri blend (to taste), and a pinch of salt and pepper. Spread into a single layer.
Roast in hot oven until green beans are tender but still crisp, 11-15 minutes.Carefully remove from oven. Pour melted butter over green beans and toss or gently stir to coat. Sheet and green beans will be hot! Use a utensil.While green beans roast, continue recipe. -
3 Form the Meatballs
In a mixing bowl, combine panko, 1 Tbsp. water, and a pinch of salt. Let sit, 1 minute.
After 1 minute, add ground beef, buttermilk-dill seasoning, 1/4 tsp. salt, and a pinch of pepper. Form mixture into six equally-sized meatballs. -
4 Cook the Meatballs
Place a medium non-stick pan over medium heat and add 2 tsp. olive oil.
Add meatballs to hot pan. Roll occasionally until browned all over and meatballs reach a minimum internal temperature of 160 degrees, 10-14 minutes. Remove from burner.While meatballs cook, continue recipe. -
5 Make Tomato Topping and Finish Dish
In another mixing bowl, combine tomatoes, 1 tsp. olive oil, and a pinch of salt and pepper. Set aside.
Plate dish as pictured on front of card, topping meatballs with tzatziki, tomato topping, and cheese. Bon appétit!
