Customize It Instructions

  • If using Impossible burger, follow same instructions as ground beef in Steps 1 and 2, cooking until heated through, 2-3 minutes per side.

  1. 1

    Prepare the Patties

In a mixing bowl, thoroughly combine ground beef, half the garlic salt (remaining is yours to use as you please!) and chimichurri seasoning.

Form ground beef mixture into 4 equally-sized patties.

  2. 2

    Cook the Patties

Place a large non-stick pan over medium-high heat and add 1 Tbsp. olive oil. Add patties to hot pan. Cook until lightly charred and beef reaches a minimum internal temperature of 160 degrees, 2-3 minutes per side.

    Remove from burner.

    While patties cook, prepare ingredients.

  3. 3

    Prepare the Ingredients

Core tomato and cut into 1/2" dice.

Trim cucumber, halve lengthwise, then cut into 1/2” half-moons.

  4. 4

    Make Salad and Finish Dish

In another mixing bowl, toss or gently combine spring mix, vinaigrette, cucumber, tomato, and a pinch of salt and pepper.

Plate dish as pictured on front of card, topping salad with cheese and patties with tzatziki. Bon appétit!
