Cooking Guidelines
To ensure food safety, the FDA recommends the following as minimum internal cooking temperatures:
- Steak and Pork 145° F (rest cooked meat, 3 minutes) |

- Ground Turkey 165° F |

Meatlovers! If using protein, cook in a medium non-stick pan over medium heat with 1 tsp. olive oil.

If using ground beef, break up until beef reaches minimum internal temperature, 4-6 minutes.

If using ground turkey, break up until turkey reaches minimum internal temperature, 6-8 minutes.

Add protein to meal as desired.

1 Start the Pizzas
Place flatbreads on prepared baking sheets.
Bake in hot oven until slightly browned, 3-4 minutes.While flatbreads bake, continue recipe. -
2 Prepare Ingredients and Marinate Tomatoes
Core tomatoes and cut into 1/2" dice.
Coarsely tear spinach.In a mixing bowl, combine tomatoes, pesto, and a pinch of salt and pepper. Set aside. -
3 Finish the Pizzas
After 3-4 minutes, carefully remove flatbreads from oven and flip. Flatbreads and sheets will be hot! Use a utensil.
Evenly top flatbreads with marinara, mozzarella, then tomatoes. Flatbreads will be hot! Use caution.Bake again in hot oven until flatbreads are golden-brown and mozzarella has melted, 10-12 minutes.Carefully remove from oven.While pizzas bake, continue recipe. -
4 Make Dressing and Finish Dish
In another mixing bowl, combine vinegar, honey, 1 Tbsp. olive oil, and a pinch of salt and pepper.
Plate dish as pictured on front of card, topping pizza with spinach, dressing, and Parmesan. Bon appétit!
