Cooking Guidelines

To ensure food safety, the FDA recommends the following as minimum internal cooking temperatures:

  • Steak and Pork 145° F (rest cooked meat, 3 minutes) |

  • Ground Turkey 165° F |

    Microwave Instructions

    Thoroughly rinse any fresh produce and pat dry. Prick tomatoes all over with a fork.

    Combine artichokes, Bolognese, cream cheese, garlic salt, and tomatoes in provided tray. Cream cheese will melt as meal heats.

    Cover tray with a damp paper towel. Microwave covered until tomatoes burst, 2-3 minutes.

    Carefully remove tray from microwave. Gently press tomatoes to release their juices. Stir in pasta and a pinch of salt. Top with Parmesan.

    Microwave again uncovered until Parmesan is melted and meal is heated through, 3-4 minutes.

    Carefully remove tray from microwave.

    To serve, garnish with crispy onions. Bon appétit!

    Oven Instructions

    Turn oven on to 375 degrees. Let preheat, at least 10 minutes. Make sure to use conventional oven setting, not convection. Thoroughly rinse any fresh produce and pat dry. Prick tomatoes all over with a fork.

    Combine artichokes, Bolognese, cream cheese, garlic salt, and tomatoes in provided tray. Cream cheese will melt as meal heats.

    Place tray on a baking sheet. Bake uncovered in hot oven until tomatoes burst, 10-12 minutes.

    Carefully remove tray from oven. Gently press tomatoes to release their juices. Stir in pasta and a pinch of salt. Top with Parmesan.

    Place tray on a baking sheet. Bake again uncovered in hot oven until Parmesan is melted and meal is heated through, 5-8 minutes.

    Carefully remove from oven.

    To serve, garnish with crispy onions. Bon appétit!
