To ensure food safety, the FDA recommends the following as minimum internal cooking temperatures:

    prep

    seed and slice pepper into 1/4 in slices

    slice green onions, separate greens from whites

    slice pear into 1/4 inch slices

    cooking potatoes

    cut potatoes in half length wise and cut into 1/2 moons, 1/4 inch thick

    toss with 1 t olive oil and ginger garlic rub

    place on prepared tray and bake for 10-12 minutes at 425

    marinated steak and toast tortilla

    while the potatoes cook combine steak strips with sriracha, teriyaki, whites of green onion, bell pepper and pear

    heat large non stick over medium high heat and add 2 t olive oil

    when there is 5 minutes left on the potatoes wrap tortillas in foil and place in oven

    add steak and all marinades to the pan and cook until meat is browned and cooked through

    5-8 minutes
