    Assemble The Dish

    Add pasta, light cream, parmesan, tomatoes, red onions, and ¾ cup of water. Stir to combine, Top with cajun seasoning. Place salmon on top and add 1 tsp olive oil, ¼ tsp salt a pinch of pepper and panko. Roast in a hot oven until pasta is tender and salmon reaches an internal temperature of 145 degrees, 20-22 minutes. Drizzle salmon with caesar dressing.
