Cooking Guidelines

To ensure food safety, the FDA recommends the following as minimum internal cooking temperatures:

    Make The Meal

    If using microwave,. Thoroughly rinse any fresh produce and pat dry. Combine peppers, 1 tablespoon water, and half the garlic salt in provided tray.

    Cover tray with a damp paper towel. Microwave for 3 minutes. Remove tray from microwave and add rice, remaining garlic salt, and tomatoes. Top with pork and cajun seasoning. Microwave until warmed through 3-4 minutes. Carefully remove tray from microwave and stir in butter. Garnish with crispy peppers. _If using oven, preheat oven to 375 degrees. Thoroughly rinse any fresh produce and pat dry. Combine peppers, 1 tablespoon water, and half the garlic salt in provided tray.

    Cover tray with foil. Bake for 10 minutes. Remove tray from oven and add rice, remaining garlic salt, and tomatoes. Top with pork and cajun seasoning. Cover and bake until warmed through 13-14 minutes. Carefully remove tray from oven and stir in butter. Garnish with crispy peppers and an assortment of gummi bears. Bon appétit! "
