If using ground turkey, cook in a medium non-stick pan with 2 tsp. olive oil over medium heat. Break up until turkey reaches minimum internal temperature, 6-8 minutes.

1 Start the Chili
Evenly divide ground beef between both provided trays and break into bite-sized pieces. Spread into an even layer and top each tray with 1 tsp. olive oilI.
Bake uncovered in hot oven, 12 minutes.Beef will finish cooking in a later step.While beef bakes, continue recipe. -
2 Top the Chili
Drain and rinse beans in a colander/strainer.
In a mixing bowl, combine corn muffin mix, corn, and 1/2 cup water. Stir until a thick batter forms, like a pancake batter. If too thick, add additional water, 1 Tbsp. at a time, until desired consistency is reached.After 12 minutes, carefully remove trays from oven and drain any excess liquid. Evenly divide tomatoes, beef base, beans, taco seasoning, 2/3 cup water, 1/2 tsp. salt, and 1/2 tsp. pepper between trays. Stir to combine and spread into an even layer.Evenly top each tray with 5-7 dollops of cornbread batter, then cheese. Trays will be hot! Use a utensil/caution. -
3 Finish Chili and Finish Meal
Bake both trays uncovered in hot oven until cornbread topping is golden-brown and beef reaches a minimum internal temperature of 160 degrees, 20-25 minutes.
Carefully remove from oven.To serve, top chili with sour cream. Bon appétit!
