Cooking Guidelines

To ensure food safety, the FDA recommends the following as minimum internal cooking temperatures:

  • Steak and Pork 145° F (rest cooked meat, 3 minutes) |
  • Seafood 145° F |
  • Chicken 165° F |
  • Ground Beef 160° F |
  • Ground Turkey 165° F |
  • Ground Pork 160° F

Customize It Instructions

  • If using Impossible burger, follow same instructions as ground beef in Steps 1 and 2, baking uncovered in hot oven until heated through, 15-18 minutes.

  • If using ground turkey, follow same instructions as ground beef in Steps 1 and 2, baking uncovered in hot oven until turkey reaches minimum internal temperature, 18-22 minutes.

  • If using ground pork, follow same instructions as ground beef in Steps 1 and 2, baking uncovered in hot oven until pork reaches minimum internal temperature, 18-22 minutes.

    Prepare the Ingredients

    Preheat oven to 400 degrees.Thoroughly rinse any fresh produce and pat dry.

    In provided tray, break up ground beef and combine with 1/4 tsp. salt, demi-glace, and red onion.

    Bake the Ground Beef

    Bake uncovered in hot oven until no pink remains and ground beef reaches a minimum internal temperature of 160 degrees, 18-22 minutes.

    Finish the Dish

    Carefully remove tray from oven.

    Wrap tortillas in a damp paper towel and microwave until warm, 30-60 seconds.

    Fill tortillas with beef mixture and top with cheese, arugula, and crispy red peppers. Drizzle with dressing. Bon appétit!
