Cooking Guidelines

To ensure food safety, the FDA recommends the following as minimum internal cooking temperatures:

  • Steak and Pork 145° F (rest cooked meat, 3 minutes) |
  • Seafood 145° F |
  • Chicken 165° F |
  • Ground Beef 160° F |
  • Ground Turkey 165° F |
  • Ground Pork 160° F

    Prepare the Ingredients

    Preheat oven to 425 degrees. Remove lid and label, if necessary. When ingredient appears in recipe, remove from packaging. Thoroughly rinse any fresh produce and pat dry. Combine diced chicken, zucchini, and marinara in provided tray. Spread into an even layer on one side. If using 24 oz. diced chicken, shrimp, or pulled pork, follow same instructions.

    Add the Gnocchi

    Place gnocchi in empty side of tray and drizzle with garlic oil.

    Bake the Dish

    Bake uncovered in hot oven until chicken reaches a minimum internal temperature of 165 degrees, 25-30 minutes. If using 24 oz. diced chicken, follow same instructions. If using shrimp, bake uncovered in hot oven until shrimp reaches a minimum internal temperature of 145 degrees, 18-22 minutes. If using pulled pork, bake uncovered in hot oven until warmed through, 18-22 minutes. While meal bakes, stem parsley, reserving whole leaves. Carefully remove from oven and stir gnocchi, chicken, and zucchini to combine. Rest chicken 5 minutes before serving. Garnish with parsley leaves and Parmesan. Bon appétit!
