Cooking Guidelines
To ensure food safety, the FDA recommends the following as minimum internal cooking temperatures:
- Steak and Pork 145° F (rest cooked meat, 3 minutes) |

1 Prepare the Ingredients
Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Thoroughly rinse any fresh produce and pat dry.
Combine corn and potatoes in provided tray. Push to one side. -
2 Add the Shrimp
Pat shrimp dry.
Place shrimp in empty space in tray. Top shrimp with seasoning blend and vegetables with butter. -
3 Bake the Meal
Bake uncovered in hot oven until shrimp reach a minimum internal temperature of 145 degrees, 15-18 minutes.
While meal bakes, place buns directly on oven rack in hot oven, cut side down, and toast until golden brown, 8-10 minutes.Carefully remove tray and buns from oven. Let cool slightly, 5 minutes.After 5 minutes, in a mixing bowl, combine shrimp, mayonnaise, sour cream, cabbage, and lemon juice. Place shrimp mixture on bottom slider bun and top with top bun. Bon appétit!
