Cooking Guidelines
To ensure food safety, the FDA recommends the following as minimum internal cooking temperatures:
- Steak and Pork 145° F (rest cooked meat, 3 minutes) |
- Seafood 145° F |
- Chicken 165° F |

- Ground Turkey 165° F |

If using diced chicken breasts, follow same instructions as shrimp in Steps 1, 2 and 3, baking covered in hot oven until chicken reaches minimum internal temperature, 20-25 minutes.

If using Impossible burger, follow same instructions as shrimp in Steps 2 and 3, baking covered in hot oven until burger is heated through, 18-20 minutes.

If using steak strips, separate into a single layer, pat dry, and coarsely chop. Follow same instructions as shrimp in Steps 2 and 3, baking covered in hot oven until steak reaches minimum internal temperature, 12-14 minutes. Rest, 3 minutes.

1 Prepare the Ingredients
Turn oven on to 400 degrees. Let preheat, at least 10 minutes. Thoroughly rinse any fresh produce and pat dry.
Zest lemon. Halve lengthwise and cut into wedges.Pat shrimp dry. -
2 Assemble the Ingredients
In provided tray, layer spinach, Chesapeake seasoning, garlic pepper, cream base, 1 tsp. lemon zest, half the cheese (reserve remaining for garnish), then pasta.
Top evenly with tomatoes and shrimp. -
3 Bake the Meal
Cover tray with foil. Bake covered in hot oven until shrimp reach a minimum internal temperature of 145 degrees, 15-20 minutes.
Carefully remove tray from oven. Stir to combine.To serve, garnish with remaining cheese and squeeze lemon wedges over to taste. Bon appétit!
