    Make the Rice Bowl

    For best results, pierce brown rice bag a few times with a knife, then break up rice inside the bag. Mix brown rice, chicken, and corn with 1 Tbsp. water in a microwave-safe bowl. Cover with a damp paper towel. Microwave until warm, 2 minutes, stirring once halfway through. Toss rice, chicken, and corn with taco seasoning. Crumble crispy jalapeños. Top rice, chicken and corn mixture with cotija, sour cream, and crumbled crispy jalapeños (to taste). Bon appétit!
