Cooking Guidelines

    Microwave Instructions

    Thoroughly rinse any fresh produce and pat dry. Drain potatoes. Drain chicken, pat dry, and separate pieces.

    In provided tray, combine poblanos (to taste), corn, potatoes, and taco seasoning. Top with 2 tsp. olive oil and 2 Tbsp. water.

    Cover tray with a damp paper towel. Microwave covered until warmed through and tender, 5-8 minutes.

    Carefully remove tray from microwave. In a mixing bowl, combine cornstarch, cream base, chicken base, and 1 cup water. Add cornstarch-cream mixture and chicken to tray and stir to combine.

    Cover tray with a damp paper towel. Microwave again covered until chowder thickens and chicken is heated through, 3-5 minutes.

    Carefully remove from microwave and stir to combine. Season with a pinch of pepper.

    To serve, garnish with cheese. Bon appétit!

    Oven Instructions

    Turn oven on to 375 degrees. Let preheat, at least 10 minutes. Make sure to use conventional oven setting, not convection. Thoroughly rinse any fresh produce and pat dry. Drain potatoes. Drain chicken, pat dry, and separate pieces.

    In provided tray, combine poblanos (to taste), corn, potatoes, taco seasoning, and 2 tsp. olive oil.

    Place tray on a baking sheet. Bake uncovered in hot oven until tender, 8-10 minutes.

    Carefully remove from oven. In a mixing bowl, combine cornstarch, cream base, chicken base, and 1 cup water. Add cornstarch-cream mixture and chicken to tray and stir to combine.

    Place tray on a baking sheet. Bake again uncovered in hot oven until chowder thickens and chicken is heated through, 8-10 minutes.

    Carefully remove from oven and stir to combine. Season with a pinch of pepper.

    To serve, garnish with cheese. Bon appétit!
