Cooking Guidelines

To ensure food safety, the FDA recommends the following as minimum internal cooking temperatures:

  • Steak and Pork 145° F (rest cooked meat, 3 minutes) |
  • Seafood 145° F |
  • Chicken 165° F |
  • Ground Beef 160° F |
  • Ground Turkey 165° F |
  • Ground Pork 160° F

Customize It Instructions

  • If using filets mignon, sirloin steaks, or NY strip steak, pat dry. Cook until steak reaches desired doneness, or 4-6 minutes per side for medium/medium-well. Rest, 3 minutes. Steak thickness can vary; if you receive a thinner steak, we recommend checking for doneness sooner.

    Prepare the Ingredients

    Cut broccoli into bite-sized pieces.

    Slice tomatoes into 1/2"-thick rounds.

    Pat chicken dry and season both sides with half the pink seasoned salt (reserve remaining for broccoli).

    Prepare the Tomatoes

    Place tomato slices on one side of prepared baking sheet and top evenly with 1 Tbsp. olive oil. Massage oil into tomatoes.

    Top tomato slices evenly with cheese, panko, and 1 tsp. olive oil.

    Roast the Vegetables

    Place broccoli on empty side of baking sheet and toss with 1 tsp. olive oil, remaining pink seasoned salt, and a pinch of pepper. Spread into a single layer on their side.

    Place garlic and 1 tsp. olive oil on a piece of foil and form a foil pouch around garlic. Place garlic pouch on any empty space of baking sheet.

    Roast in hot oven until broccoli is tender, 15-18 minutes.

    Don't worry if cheese melts and spreads on baking sheet!

    While vegetables roast, continue recipe.

    Cook the Chicken

    Place a medium non-stick pan over medium heat and add 1 tsp. olive oil.

    Add chicken to hot pan and cook until browned and chicken reaches a minimum internal temperature of 165 degrees, 5-7 minutes per side.

    Remove from burner. Transfer chicken to a plate and tent with foil.

    Make Roasted Garlic Butter and Finish Dish

    Carefully remove roasted garlic from pouch.

    Combine softened butter, roasted garlic, and a pinch of salt in a mixing bowl. Mash until combined and smooth.

    Plate dish as pictured on front of card, topping chicken with roasted garlic butter. Bon appétit!
