Cooking Guidelines

To ensure food safety, the FDA recommends the following as minimum internal cooking temperatures:

    Microwave Instructions

    Thoroughly rinse any fresh produce and pat dry. Drain chicken, separate, and pat dry.

    Place prosciutto on a microwave-safe plate in a single layer. Microwave until crisp, 1-2 minutes per side.

    Carefully remove from microwave. In provided tray, combine cream base, mustard, 1/4 cup water, cream cheese, Swiss cheese, and a pinch of pepper.

    Microwave uncovered until cream cheese begins to melt, 1-2 minutes.

    Carefully remove from microwave. Stir to combine, then stir in spinach, pasta, and chicken.

    Microwave uncovered until heated through, 2-3 minutes.

    While meal heats, combine panko and pecorino in a mixing bowl. Crumble prosciutto into bite-sized pieces.

    Carefully remove from microwave.

    To serve, top pasta with panko-pecorino mixture and crumbled prosciutto. Bon appétit!

    Turn oven on to 375 degrees. Let preheat, at least 10 minutes. Thoroughly rinse any fresh produce and pat dry. Drain chicken, separate, and pat dry.

    Place prosciutto on a microwave-safe plate in a single layer. Microwave until crisp, 1-2 minutes per side.

    Carefully remove from microwave. In provided tray, combine cream base, mustard, 1/4 cup water, cream cheese, Swiss cheese, and a pinch of pepper.

    Place tray on a baking sheet. Bake uncovered in hot oven until cream cheese begins to melt, 6-8 minutes.

    While meal heats, combine panko and pecorino in a mixing bowl. Crumble prosciutto into bite-sized pieces.

    Carefully remove from oven. Stir to combine, then stir in spinach, pasta, and chicken. Top with panko-pecorino mixture.

    Place tray on a baking sheet. Bake again uncovered in hot oven until heated through, 12-15 minutes.

    Carefully remove from oven.

    To serve, top pasta with crumbled prosciutto. Bon appétit!
