1 Microwave Instructions
Thoroughly rinse any fresh produce and pat dry.
Drain chicken, separate, and pat dry. Drain beans.In both provided trays, evenly divide pasta, chicken, fire roasted tomatoes, fajita seasoning, beans, enchilada sauce, tomato sauce, 1/4 tsp. salt, and 1/4 tsp. pepper. Stir to combine and top with cheese.Cover trays with a damp paper towel. Microwave covered until heated through, 3-4 minutes.Carefully remove trays from microwave and stir to combine.To serve, top with tortilla strips and crema. Bon appétit! -
2 Oven Instructions
Turn oven on to 375 degrees. Let preheat, at least 10 minutes. Make sure to use conventional oven setting, not convection. Thoroughly rinse any fresh produce and pat dry.
