Cooking Guidelines

To ensure food safety, the FDA recommends the following as minimum internal cooking temperatures:

  • Steak and Pork 145° F (rest cooked meat, 3 minutes) |

  • Chicken 165° F |

  • Ground Turkey 165° F |

    Prepare the Ingredients

    Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Remove lid and label, if necessary. When ingredient appears in recipe, remove from packaging. Thoroughly rinse any fresh produce and pat dry. Combine noodles, bok choy, edamame, brown sugar, 2 Tbsp. water, 1 Tbsp. olive oil, sambal (to taste), and soy sauce in provided tray.

    Add the Chicken

    Top noodles with chicken. Pour teriyaki over chicken.

    Bake the Dish

    Bake uncovered in hot oven until chicken reaches a minimum internal temperature of 165 degrees, 25-30 minutes. Carefully remove from oven. Garnish with sesame seeds. Bon appétit!
