If using antibiotic free chicken breasts, follow same instructions.

If using sirloin steaks, pat dry. Cook until steak reaches desired doneness, or 4-6 minutes per side for medium/medium-well. Rest, 3 minutes. Steak thickness can vary; if you receive a thinner steak, we recommend checking for doneness sooner.

1 Make the Chile Bacon Cream Cheese
Place bacon in a microwave-safe bowl.
Microwave until crispy, 45-60 seconds.Carefully remove from microwave. Let cool, at least 5 minutes.After 5 minutes, or once cool enough to handle, add softened cream cheese and hatch chiles (to taste). Stir to combine and set aside. -
2 Cook the Broccoli
Cut broccoli into bite-sized pieces. Place a large non-stick pan over medium heat and add 2 tsp. olive oil. Add broccoli and 1/4 cup water to hot pan. Cover and cook until water is almost completely evaporated, 4-6 minutes.
Uncover and stir occasionally until broccoli is tender, 2-3 minutes.Add rotisserie chicken seasoning, 1/4 tsp. salt, and butter. Stir occasionally until combined and butter is melted, 1-2 minutes.Top broccoli with half the shredded cheese (reserve remaining for chicken). Cover and cook until cheese is melted, 1-2 minutes.Remove from burner.While broccoli cooks, continue recipe. -
3 Cook the Chicken
Pat chicken dry. Season both sides with barbeque seasoning (use less if spice-averse) and 1/4 tsp. salt.
Place a medium non-stick pan over medium heat and add 2 tsp. olive oil.Add chicken to hot pan. Cook until browned and chicken reaches a minimum internal temperature of 165 degrees, 3-5 minutes per side.Cutlet thickness can vary; if you receive a thinner cutlet, we recommend checking for doneness sooner. -
4 Top Chicken and Finish Dish
Evenly top chicken with chile bacon cream cheese (to taste), then remaining shredded cheese. Cover until cheese is melted, 1-2 minutes.
Remove from burner.Plate dish as pictured on front of card, topping broccoli with dressing. Garnish with crispy onions. Bon appétit!
