Slice mushrooms
Chop onions to 1-inch piecesJuice 1/2 a lemonChop garlic -
2 Make Gratin
In a medium saucepan, add 1 tsp olive oil
Cook onions for 2/3 minutes. Add mushrooms and cook for 4-5 minutesAdd garlic and cook 1 minuteAdd cream and reduce by halfSpray a gratin dish and add onion mixtureTop with parmesanBake at 400 for 15-20 minutes uncovered -
3 Cook Chicken
In the same medium saucepan, add 1 tsp olive oil. Sprinkle 1/2 tsp of seasoning blend and 1/4 tsp salt on chicken. Sear on each side for 2-3 minutes. Transfer to a baking sheet and finish in the oven.

4 Make Sauce
Combine sour cream, juice from half the lemon, 1/2 tsp olive oil and remaining seasoning blend.
