1 Microwave Instructions
Thoroughly rinse any fresh produce and pat dry. Stem and tear cilantro. Drain black beans.
In one provided tray, combine diced peppers, black beans, corn, and 1 tsp. olive oil.Microwave uncovered until peppers are tender, 5-6 minutesCarefully remove tray from microwave. Transfer half the bean and pepper mixture to second provided tray. Evenly divide bolognese, marinara, pasta, taco seasoning, and 1/4 tsp. salt between both trays. Stir until combined. Top both trays with cheese in an even layer.Cover trays with a damp paper towel. Microwave again covered until heated through, 4-5 minutes.Carefully remove trays from microwave.To serve, top with tortilla strips and cilantro. Bon appétit! -
2 Oven Instructions
Turn oven on to 375 degrees. Let preheat, at least 10 minutes. Make sure to use conventional oven setting, not convection. Thoroughly rinse any fresh produce and pat dry. Stem and tear cilantro. Drain black beans.
