Cooking Guidelines
To ensure food safety, the FDA recommends the following as minimum internal cooking temperatures:
- Steak and Pork 145° F (rest cooked meat, 3 minutes) |
- Seafood 145° F |
- Chicken 165° F |
- Ground Beef 160° F |
- Ground Turkey 165° F |
- Ground Pork 160° F
Customize It Instructions

If using ground beef, roast until loaves reach minimum internal temperature, 20-25 minutes.

If using Impossible burger, roast until loaves reach a minimum internal temperature of 160 degrees, 25-30 minutes.

1 Prepare the Ingredients
Remove stem, seeds, and ribs, and cut bell pepper into 1/2" dice.
Coarsely crush almonds in shipping bag. -
2 Form the Meatloaves
Finely crush crackers.
In a mixing bowl, combine turkey, crushed crackers, 1/4 tsp. salt, and half the Asian garlic, ginger & chile seasoning (use less if spice-averse; reserve remaining for vegetables).Form mixture into two equally-sized, oval-shaped loaves, about 3" in length and 2" by height.Place meatloaves on one side of prepared baking sheet. -
3 Add the Vegetables
Place broccoli, bell peppers, and cabbage on empty side of baking sheet. Top with 2 tsp. olive oil, remaining Asian garlic, ginger & chile seasoning (to taste), and 1/4 tsp. salt. Massage oil and seasoning into vegetables. Spread into an even layer on their side.

4 Roast the Meatloaves and Vegetables
Roast in hot oven until meatloaves reach a minimum internal temperature of 165 degrees, 20-25 minutes.
Carefully remove from oven.While meatloaves and vegetables roast, continue recipe. -
5 Make Sauce and Finish Dish
In another mixing bowl, combine mayonnaise, lemon juice, and sambal (to taste). Set aside.
Plate dish as pictured on front of card, topping meatloaf with sauce and garnishing vegetables with crushed almonds. Bon appétit!
