Cooking Guidelines
To ensure food safety, the FDA recommends the following as minimum internal cooking temperatures:

If using Impossible burger, follow same instructions as ground beef in Steps 1 and 2, grilling on hot grill until burger is heated through, 3-4 minutes per side.

If using ground pork, follow same instructions as ground beef in Steps 1 and 2, grilling on hot grill until pork reaches minimum internal temperature, 5-6 minutes per side.

Prepare the Ingredients
Spray grill with cooking spray and heat grill to medium heat. Thoroughly rinse any fresh produce and pat dry.
Place potatoes, onions, and 1 tsp. olive oil in provided grill bag. Roll open end of bag to seal and gently shake to mix.Form ground beef into two patties, about 4" in diameter. Season both sides with seasoned salt and a pinch of pepper. Drizzle with 1/2 tsp. olive oil. -
Grill the Meal
Place grill bag on hot grill and cook until onions are tender, 15-18 minutes.
After 10 minutes, place patties on hot grill. Grill until patties are browned and reach a minimum internal temperature of 160 degrees, 3-4 minutes per side.Top patties with cheese and let melt, 30-60 seconds.Remove patties from grill.Place buns on grill, cut-side down, and toast, 30-60 seconds. -
Finish the Dish
Carefully, open grill bag and scoop out potatoes.
Plate dish as pictured on front of card, placing burger on bottom bun and topping with chimichurri and top bun. Bon appétit! -
For a Rainy Day...
If cooking indoors, preheat oven to 400 degrees. Prepare a baking sheet with foil and cooking spray. Toss potatoes and onions with 1 tsp. olive oil on prepared baking sheet. Spread into a single layer and bake in hot oven until softened and browned, 12-15 minutes. Follow same instructions for forming burger patties. Place a medium non-stick pan over medium-high heat. Add patties to hot pan. Cook until lightly charred and beef reaches a minimum internal temperature of 160 degrees, 4-6 minutes per side. Top with cheese and let melt, 30-60 seconds. Toast buns in hot oven, 2-3 minutes. Follow same instructions for plating.
