1 prep
halve and slice shallots into 1/2 rings
juice lime and combine with shallotsslice sweet potatoes into 1/4 inch 1/2 rounds -
2 roasting the potatoes
in 400 degree oven
2t olive oil, 1/4 t salt, pinch pepperseason with chili flake to taste -
3 burger
combine turkey with cheddar jack, BBQ, 1/4 t salt and a pinch pepper
heat non stick with 1T oil over medium heatsear 2 -3 minutes per sidetransfer to oven with sweet potatoes and cook until 165while cooking toast bun -
4 assemble
place burger on bun, top with pickled shallots, arugula and chipotle ranch
