There's a rumor that meatloaves are boring. Boring, normal, without zest, pizzazz or flair… snoozefests for dinner. But rumors are just nasty gossip, and this chipotle cheese wonder is anything but tedium. Instead, it's a moist loaf, subtle and flavorful, with zesty chipotle crema on top. Rumors are nothing but a great 70s album; believe the truth of this flavorful meal.
