Customize It Instructions
-
If using steak strips, flank steak, or sliced pork, separate into a single layer and pat dry. Follow same instructions as shrimp in Steps 2 and 3, baking covered in hot oven until no pink remains and steak reaches minimum internal temperature, 26-28 minutes. Rest, 3 minutes.
-
If using diced chicken thighs, follow same instructions as shrimp in Steps 2 and 3, baking covered in hot oven until chicken reaches minimum internal temperature, 28-30 minutes. Don't worry about trimming. Excess fat will render while cooking and add flavor.
-
Prepare the Ingredients
Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Thoroughly rinse any fresh produce and pat dry.
Combine pasta, Alfredo sauce, cream cheese, seasoning blend, chipotle butter, garlic salt, 1/4 cup water, and a pinch of salt and pepper in provided tray. -
Add the Shrimp and Peppers
Pat shrimp dry.
Top pasta evenly with shrimp and diced peppers. -
Bake the Meal
Cover tray with foil. Bake covered in hot oven until shrimp reaches a minimum internal temperature of 145 degrees, 26-28 minutes.
Carefully remove tray from oven. Remove foil. Gently stir in lemon juice. If meal is too thick, add water, 1 Tbsp. at a time, until desired consistency is reached. Garnish with Parmesan. Bon appétit!
