Recipe Steps

    Prepare the Ingredients

    Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Remove lid and label, if necessary. When ingredient appears in recipe, remove from packaging. Thoroughly rinse any fresh produce and pat dry. Combine green beans, pepper and onion mix, 1 Tbsp. olive oil, ½ tsp. salt, and a pinch of pepper in provided tray. Push to one side of tray.

    Add the Chicken

    Place chicken in empty side of tray. Top with green curry sauce. If using salmon, place in tray skin side down and follow same instructions.

    Bake the Dish

    Bake uncovered in hot oven until green beans are tender and chicken reaches a minimum internal temperature of 165 degrees, 20-25 minutes. If using salmon, bake uncovered in hot oven until green beans are tender and salmon reaches a minimum internal temperature of 145 degrees, 20-25 minutes. Carefully remove from oven. Tear cilantro, removing stems if desired. Top chicken with coconut and cilantro. Bon appétit!
