If using antibiotic free chicken breasts, follow same instructions.

1 Start the Vegetables
In a microwave-safe bowl, combine Brussels sprouts and 1 tsp. water. Cover with a damp paper towel.
Microwave covered until Brussels sprouts are bright green, 3-5 minutes.Carefully remove from microwave.Place Brussels sprouts and bell peppers in provided tray and toss with 2 tsp. olive oil, umami seasoning, 1/4 tsp. salt, and a pinch of pepper. Push to one side of tray. -
2 Add the Chicken
Finely crush wontons.
In a mixing bowl, combine wontons, flaked coconut, and 1 tsp. olive oil.Pat chicken dry and season both sides with curry powder.Place chicken in empty side of tray. Evenly top with 1/3 the teriyaki glaze (reserve remaining for garnish), then coconut mixture, pressing gently to adhere. -
3 Finish the Meal
Bake uncovered in hot oven until vegetables are tender and chicken reaches a minimum internal temperature of 165 degrees, 20-25 minutes.
Carefully remove tray from oven and drain any excess liquid. Tray will be hot! Use caution.Stir softened butter into vegetables until melted and combined. Tray will be hot! Use a utensil.To serve, top chicken with remaining teriyaki glaze (Do not cross contaminate! Use a new utensil.) and sesame seeds. Bon appétit!
