  • 1 Baking Sheet
  • 1 Medium Pot
  • 1 Medium Oven-Safe Casserole Dish
  • 1 Large Non-Stick Pan

Cooking Guidelines

To ensure food safety, the FDA recommends the following as minimum internal cooking temperatures:

    Cook The Pasta

    Once water is boiling, add pasta and cook until al dente, 11-13 minutes. Drain, reserving 1/2 cup of pasta water.

    While pasta cooks, make the filling

    Prepare The Ingredients

    Cut mushrooms into 1/4" slices.

    Make The Pasta Mixture

    Place a large non-stick pan over medium high heat. Add 2 tsp olive oil, mushrooms, crab, garlic salt, and a pinch of pepper. Cook, stirring occasionally, until heated through, 3-4 minutes.

    Add the cream cheese and 1/4 cup pasta water and bring to a simmer.

    Add tomato sauce, roasted red peppers, and cooked pasta and bring to a simmer.

    Remove from heat and transfer mixture to prepared casserole dish. Top with cheese and bread crumbs.

    Bake The Dish

    Bake casserole in a hot oven until mushrooms are tender and pasta is heated through, 12-14 minutes.
