  • If using 20 oz. ground turkey, follow same instructions as 10 oz. ground turkey, forming 16 meatballs and cooking in batches if necessary.

  • If using ground beef, follow same instructions as ground turkey in Step 2, searing until browned, 6-8 minutes, then roasting until beef reaches minimum internal temperature, 6-8 minutes.

  • If using ground pork, follow same instructions as ground turkey in Step 2, searing until browned, 6-8 minutes, then roasting until pork reaches minimum internal temperature, 6-8 minutes.

  1. 1

    Roast the Broccoli

    Cut broccoli into bite-sized pieces.

Place broccoli on prepared baking sheet. Toss with 1 tsp. olive oil, 1/4 tsp. salt, and a pinch of pepper.

Spread into a single layer. Roast in hot oven until browned and fork-tender, 14-16 minutes.

While broccoli roasts, make and roast meatballs.

  2. 2

    Make and Roast the Meatballs

In a mixing bowl, combine mayonnaise, ground turkey, panko, poultry seasoning, 1/2 tsp. salt, and a pinch of pepper. Form into eight equally-sized meatballs.

Place a medium oven-safe non-stick pan over medium heat and add 1 tsp. olive oil.

Add meatballs to hot pan. Roll occasionally until browned all over, 6-8 minutes.

Place pan in hot oven and roast until meatballs reach a minimum internal temperature of 165 degrees, 6-8 minutes.

While meatballs roast, make broccoli sauce.

  3. 3

    Make the Broccoli Sauce

In another mixing bowl, thoroughly combine crème fraîche, buttermilk-dill seasoning, and 1 Tbsp. water until smooth. Set aside.

  4. 4

    Add the Glaze

Carefully, remove pan with meatballs from oven. Handle will be hot! Use an oven mitt.

Add 2 tsp. water and cranberry sauce to hot pan. Stir gently until sauce loosens and coats meatballs, 1-2 minutes.

  5. 5

    Finish the Dish

Plate dish as pictured on front of card, topping broccoli with sauce, crispy onions, and cheese. Bon appétit!
