Start the Broccoli
In provided tray, combine broccoli, 1 tsp. olive oil, 1/4 tsp. salt, and garlic pepper.
Bake uncovered in hot oven, 15 minutes.While broccoli bakes, continue recipe. -
Crisp Bacon and Add Meatballs
Line a microwave-safe plate with a paper towel. Evenly spread bacon on towel-lined plate and microwave until crisp, 1-2 minutes.
While bacon crisps, crush crackers in shipping bag.Carefully remove plate from microwave.In a mixing bowl, thoroughly combine ground beef, savory seasoning, crushed crackers, 1/4 tsp. salt, and a pinch of pepper. Form mixture into 10 equally-sized meatballs.After 15 minutes, carefully remove tray from oven and push broccoli to one side of tray. Tray will be hot! Use a utensil.Place meatballs in now-empty side of tray. -
Bake Meal and Make Sauce
Bake uncovered in hot oven until broccoli is tender and meatballs reach a minimum internal temperature of 160 degrees, 20-25 minutes.
While meal bakes, in a microwave-safe bowl, combine cream cheese, mustard, and 1 Tbsp. water. Microwave uncovered, 30 seconds.Carefully remove from microwave and stir. Microwave again uncovered until hot and bubbling, 20-30 seconds.Carefully remove bowl from microwave and tray from oven. Toss broccoli with pesto. Tray will be hot! Use a utensil.To serve, top meatballs with sauce and crispy bacon. Bon appétit!
