Cooking Guidelines

To ensure food safety, the FDA recommends the following as minimum internal cooking temperatures:

  • Steak and Pork 145° F (rest cooked meat, 3 minutes) |

  • Chicken 165° F |
  • Ground Beef 160° F |
  • Ground Turkey 165° F |

    Microwave Instructions

    Thoroughly rinse any fresh produce and pat dry. Drain chicken, separate, and pat dry.

    Place prosciutto on a microwave-safe plate. Microwave until crisp, 45-60 seconds per side.

    Place tomatoes in provided tray and pierce with a fork. Then stir in cream base, pesto, cream cheese, and 2 Tbsp. water.

    Cover tray with a damp paper towel. Microwave covered, 2 minutes.

    Carefully remove tray from microwave. Stir in pasta and chicken until coated.

    Cover tray with a damp paper towel. Microwave again until heated through, 2-3 minutes.

    Carefully remove tray from microwave. Once cool enough to handle, break prosciutto into pieces and add balsamic glaze. Toss to coat.

    To serve, garnish pasta with glazed prosciutto and Parmesan. Bon appétit!

    Turn oven on to 375 degrees. Let preheat, at least 10 minutes. Thoroughly rinse any fresh produce and pat dry. Drain chicken, separate, and pat dry.

    Place prosciutto on a microwave-safe plate. Microwave until crisp, 45-60 seconds per side.

    Place tomatoes in provided tray and pierce with a fork. Then stir in cream base, pesto, cream cheese, and 2 Tbsp. water.

    Cover tray with foil and place on a baking sheet. Bake covered in hot oven, 5 minutes,

    Carefully remove tray from oven. Stir in pasta and chicken until coated.

    Cover tray with foil. Place tray on a baking sheet. Bake again in hot oven until heated through, 10-15 minutes.

    Carefully remove tray from oven. Once cool enough to handle, break prosciutto into pieces and add balsamic glaze. Toss to coat.

    To serve, garnish pasta with glazed prosciutto and Parmesan. Bon appétit!
