Cooking Guidelines

To ensure food safety, the FDA recommends the following as minimum internal cooking temperatures:

    Microwave Instructions

    Thoroughly rinse any fresh produce and pat dry. Drain pot roast and separate into bite-sized pieces.

    Combine flour, demi-glace, cream cheese, garlic salt, and mushrooms in provided tray. Cream cheese will melt as meal heats. Cover tray with a damp paper towel. Microwave covered until mushrooms have softened, 3-5 minutes.

    Carefully remove tray from microwave. Stir in butter (to taste) until creamy, then add pasta. Top evenly with pot roast pieces. Cover tray again with a damp paper towel. Microwave covered until pot roast is heated through, 3-5 minutes.

    While meal heats, stem parsley and tear leaves.

    Carefully remove tray from microwave.

    To serve, garnish with parsley and shredded cheese. Bon appétit!

    Oven Instructions

    Turn oven on to 375 degrees. Let preheat, at least 10 minutes. Make sure to use conventional oven setting, not convection. Thoroughly rinse any fresh produce and pat dry. Drain pot roast and separate into bite-sized pieces.

    Combine flour, demi-glace, cream cheese, garlic salt, and mushrooms in provided tray. Cream cheese will melt as meal heats. Cover tray with foil. Place tray on a baking sheet. Bake covered in hot oven until mushrooms have softened, 15-17 minutes.

    Carefully remove tray from oven. Stir in butter (to taste) until creamy, then add pasta. Top evenly with pot roast pieces. Cover tray with foil. Place tray on a baking sheet. Bake again covered in hot oven until pot roast is heated through, 11-13 minutes.

    While meal heats, stem parsley and tear leaves.

    Carefully remove tray from oven.

    To serve, garnish with parsley and shredded cheese. Bon appétit!
