1 Microwave Instructions
Thoroughly rinse any fresh produce and pat dry. Drain pot roast and separate into bite-sized pieces.
Combine flour, demi-glace, cream cheese, garlic salt, and mushrooms in provided tray. Cream cheese will melt as meal heats. Cover tray with a damp paper towel. Microwave covered until mushrooms have softened, 3-5 minutes.Carefully remove tray from microwave. Stir in butter (to taste) until creamy, then add pasta. Top evenly with pot roast pieces. Cover tray again with a damp paper towel. Microwave covered until pot roast is heated through, 3-5 minutes.While meal heats, stem parsley and tear leaves.Carefully remove tray from microwave.To serve, garnish with parsley and shredded cheese. 2 Oven Instructions
Turn oven on to 375 degrees. Let preheat, at least 10 minutes. Make sure to use conventional oven setting, not convection. Thoroughly rinse any fresh produce and pat dry. Drain pot roast and separate into bite-sized pieces.

Bake again covered in hot oven until pot roast is heated through, 11-13 minutes.While meal heats, stem parsley and tear leaves.Carefully remove tray from oven.To serve, garnish with parsley and shredded cheese.
