Frozen blended orange smoothies are a fixture of mall food courts, and they're the perfect treat for parcel-laden, vitamin-depleted shoppers. Spare yourself the hordes of rowdy teens and enjoy this sweet and creamy smoothie out of your own kitchen. The tartness of fresh navel oranges is pleasantly tempered by vanilla Greek yogurt for a smoothie with all the flavor and none of the Segway-riding security guards.

Prepare the Orange
Trim 1/4" off one end of orange. Cut two thin rounds with a small notch for placing on rim of glass. Peel remaining orange, and coarsely chop fruit.
Place all ingredients (except orange slices) into blender. Blend on high 1-2 minutes, or until smooth. Add 2 cups ice and blend on high to break up ice.
Pour smoothie into glasses and garnish with orange slices.
