Cooking Guidelines
To ensure food safety, the FDA recommends the following as minimum internal cooking temperatures:
- Steak and Pork 145° F (rest cooked meat, 3 minutes) |

- Ground Turkey 165° F |

1 Start the Shrimp and Vegetables
Turn oven on to 400 degrees. Let preheat, at least 10 minutes. Thoroughly rinse any fresh produce and pat dry.
Drain shrimp thoroughly and pat dry.In provided tray, combine tomatoes, zucchini, shrimp, 2 tsp. olive oil, and a pinch of salt.Bake uncovered in hot oven until shrimp begin to turn pink, 8-10 minutes.Shrimp will finish cooking in a later step. -
2 Add the Pasta
Carefully remove tray from oven. Stir in pasta, pesto, cream base, and garlic salt.
Top with panko and red pepper flakes (use less if spice-averse), then spray with cooking spray. -
3 Bake the Meal
Bake again uncovered in hot oven until pasta is heated through, panko is golden-brown, and shrimp reach a minimum internal temperature of 145 degrees, 10-15 minutes.
Carefully remove from oven.To serve, garnish pasta with cheese. Bon appétit!
