Cooking Guidelines
To ensure food safety, the FDA recommends the following as minimum internal cooking temperatures:
- Steak and Pork 145° F (rest cooked meat, 3 minutes) |

1 Microwave Instructions
Thoroughly rinse any fresh produce and pat dry. Drain shrimp and pat dry.
Add spinach to provided tray. Cover with a damp towel. Microwave until wilted, 30-45 seconds.Carefully remove tray from microwave. Add shrimp, flour, and lemon & herb seasoning. Stir until coated. Then add pasta, cream base, butter, half the Parmesan (reserve remaining for garnish), peas, and a pinch of salt and pepper. Mix well.Cover again with damp paper towel. Microwave until warmed through, 2-3 minutes.Carefully remove tray from microwave.To serve, garnish with remaining Parmesan. Bon appétit! -
2 Oven Instructions
Turn oven on to 375 degrees. Let preheat, at least 10 minutes. Thoroughly rinse any fresh produce and pat dry. Drain shrimp and pat dry.
Add spinach to provided tray.Cover with foil and place on a baking sheet. Bake in hot oven until wilted, 8-10 minutes.Carefully remove tray from oven. Add shrimp, flour, and lemon & herb seasoning. Stir until coated. Then add pasta, cream base, butter, half the Parmesan (reserve remaining for garnish), peas, and a pinch of salt and pepper. Mix wellCover tray again with foil. Place on a baking sheet. Bake covered in hot oven until heated through, 14-16 minutes.Carefully remove tray from oven.To serve, garnish with remaining Parmesan. Bon appétit!
