If using diced chicken breasts, pat dry. Cook in a medium non-stick pan with 2 tsp. olive oil over medium heat until chicken reaches minimum internal temperature, 5-7 minutes.

1 Start the Broccoli
Spray provided tray with cooking spray.
Break broccoli into bite-sized pieces using hands.Place broccoli in prepared tray and toss with 1 tsp. olive oil, half the garlic salt (reserve remaining for shrimp), red pepper flakes (to taste), and a pinch of pepper. Spread into an even layer.Bake uncovered in hot oven, 6 minutes.While broccoli bakes, continue recipe. -
2 Add the Shrimp and Couscous
Pat shrimp dry and season all over with a pinch of salt, remaining garlic salt, Italian seasoning, and a pinch of pepper.
After 6 minutes, carefully remove tray from oven. Stir in couscous and 1 cup water until combined. Spread into a single layer. Tray will be hot! Use a utensil.Evenly top couscous mixture with shrimp. -
3 Make Sauce and Finish Meal
Bake uncovered in hot oven until couscous is cooked through, broccoli is tender, and shrimp reach a minimum internal temperature of 145 degrees, 20-25 minutes.
While meal bakes, in a microwave-safe bowl, combine cream base, cream cheese, and butter.Microwave uncovered until heated through, 30-60 seconds.Carefully remove from microwave and stir to combine. Set aside.Carefully remove tray from oven and stir in sauce until combined. Tray will be hot! Use a utensil.To serve, top shrimp couscous with grated cheese. Bon appétit!
