  1. 1

    Prepare the Ingredients

Preheat oven to 425 degrees. Thoroughly rinse any fresh produce and pat dry.

Combine broccoli, roasted red peppers, 2 tsp. olive oil, 1/2 tsp. salt, and a pinch of pepper in provided tray. Push to one side.

Place crackers in a mixing bowl and crush until the size of breadcrumbs. Combine with half the Parmesan (reserve remaining for pork). Top vegetables with cracker-Parmesan mixture.

  2. 2

    Add the Pork

Pat pork chops dry, and add to empty side of tray. Crumble garlic herb goat cheese and place on pork. Top entirely with marinara and remaining Parmesan.

  3. 3

    Bake the Dish

Bake uncovered in hot oven until pork chops reaches a minimum internal temperature of 145 degrees, 20-23 minutes.

Carefully remove from oven. Rest pork 3 minutes, then garnish with red pepper flakes (to taste). Bon appétit!
