To ensure food safety, the FDA recommends the following as minimum internal cooking temperatures:

If using antibiotic free chicken breasts, follow same instructions.

1 Start the Broccoli
Spray provided tray with cooking spray.
In prepared tray, combine broccoli, 1 tsp. olive oil, garlic salt, and a pinch of pepper. Massage oil and seasonings into broccoli and spread into an even layer. Cover with foil.Bake covered in hot oven, 10 minutes.While broccoli bakes, continue recipe. -
2 Add the Chicken
Pat chicken dry and season both sides with garlic pepper and 1/4 tsp. salt.
Carefully remove tray from oven. Add pesto to broccoli and toss until evenly coated. Push broccoli to one side of tray. Tray will be hot! Use a utensil.Add chicken to now-empty side of tray and top with 1 tsp. olive oil. -
3 Finish the Meal
Bake again uncovered in hot oven until broccoli is tender and chicken reaches a minimum internal temperature of 165 degrees, 20-25 minutes.
Carefully remove tray from oven. Top broccoli with cheese.To serve, top chicken with apricot preserves, then crispy onions. Bon appétit!
