Before You Cook
To ensure food safety, the FDA recommends the following as minimum internal cooking temperatures:

Customize It Instructions
If using pork chops, follow same instructions as chicken in Steps 2 and 3, baking uncovered in hot oven until pork reaches minimum internal temperature, 18-20 minutes.
If using sirloin, follow same instructions as chicken in Steps 2 and 3, baking uncovered in hot oven until sirloin reaches minimum internal temperature, 20-25 minutes.
Prepare the Ingredients
Preheat oven to 425 degrees. Thoroughly rinse any fresh produce and pat dry.
Combine sweet potatoes, garlic salt, green hatch chiles (use half if spice averse), and 1 tsp. olive oil in provided tray.
Spread into an even layer. Top with dollops of cream cheese. Cream cheese will melt as meal bakes.
Bake uncovered in hot oven, 15 minutes.
Add the Chicken
Carefully, remove tray from oven. Stir cream cheese and corn into vegetables, then push to one side. Tray will be hot! Use a utensil.
Pat chicken dry, and season both sides with a pinch of salt and pepper.
Place chicken in empty side of tray. Top chicken evenly with chipotle aioli, then crispy onions, pressing gently to adhere.
Finish the Dish
Bake uncovered again until sweet potatoes are tender and chicken reaches a minimum internal temperature of 165 degrees, 20-25 minutes.
Carefully remove tray from oven. Stir vegetables to combine and top with cheese. Bon appétit!
