Cooking Guidelines

If using pork chops, follow same instructions as chicken in Steps 2 and 3, baking uncovered in hot oven until pork reaches minimum internal temperature, 18-20 minutes.

If using sirloin, follow same instructions as chicken in Steps 2 and 3, baking uncovered in hot oven until sirloin reaches minimum internal temperature, 20-25 minutes.

1 Prepare the Ingredients
Preheat oven to 425 degrees. Thoroughly rinse any fresh produce and pat dry.
Combine sweet potatoes, garlic salt, green hatch chiles (use half if spice averse), and 1 tsp. olive oil in provided tray.Spread into an even layer. Top with dollops of cream cheese. Cream cheese will melt as meal bakes.Bake uncovered in hot oven, 15 minutes. -
2 Add the Chicken
Carefully, remove tray from oven. Stir cream cheese and corn into vegetables, then push to one side. Tray will be hot! Use a utensil.
Pat chicken dry, and season both sides with a pinch of salt and pepper.Place chicken in empty side of tray. Top chicken evenly with chipotle aioli, then crispy onions, pressing gently to adhere. -
3 Finish the Dish
Bake uncovered again until sweet potatoes are tender and chicken reaches a minimum internal temperature of 165 degrees, 20-25 minutes.
Carefully remove tray from oven. Stir vegetables to combine and top with cheese. Bon appétit!
