If using antibiotic free chicken, pat dry. Cook until chicken reaches minimum internal temperature, 5-7 minutes per side.

If using filets mignon or sirloin steaks, pat dry. Cook until steak reaches desired doneness, or 4-6 minutes per side for medium/medium-well. Rest, 3 minutes. Steak thickness can vary; if you receive a thinner steak, we recommend checking for doneness sooner.

If using salmon, pat dry. Add salmon, skin-side up first, and cook until salmon reaches minimum internal temperature, 4-6 minutes per side.

1 Prepare the Ingredients
Coarsely crush potato sticks.
Trim green beans, if necessary. -
2 Prepare the Trout
In a mixing bowl, combine softened cream cheese, garlic and parsley seasoning, and shredded cheese. Set aside.
Pat trout dry. Season flesh side with 1/4 tsp. salt and a pinch of pepper. Evenly top trout with cream cheese mixture, then potato sticks, pressing gently to adhere. -
3 Cook the Green Beans
Place a large non-stick pan over medium-high heat and add 1 Tbsp. olive oil.
Add green beans and a pinch of salt to hot pan. Cook, 1 minute.After 1 minute, add 1/4 cup water and a pinch of pepper. Cover, and stir occasionally until green beans are tender, 6-8 minutes.If green beans need more time, add 2 Tbsp. water, cover, and stir occasionally, 1-3 minutes.Remove from burner. Stir in softened butter add lemon n herb seasoning until combined.While green beans cook, continue recipe. -
4 Cook Trout and Finish Dish
Place another large non-stick pan over medium-high heat and add 1 Tbsp. olive oil.
Add trout, topping-side down, to hot pan. Cook until slightly browned and trout reaches a minimum internal temperature of 145 degrees, 2-3 minutes per side.Remove from burner.Plate dish as pictured on front of card, topping green beans with almonds. Bon appétit!
