To ensure food safety, the FDA recommends the following as minimum internal cooking temperatures:
- Steak and Pork 145° F (rest cooked meat, 3 minutes) |

Customize It Instructions

If using steak strips, pat dry, coarsely chop, then separate pieces. Stir occasionally until steak reaches minimum internal temperature, 4-6 minutes. Rest, 3 minutes.

1 Prepare the Ingredients
Drain and rinse beans in a colander/strainer.
Trim and thinly slice green onions, keeping white and green portions separate.Pat chicken dry and season all over with fiesta seasoning. -
2 Cook the Chicken
Place a large non-stick pan over medium-high heat and add 1 tsp. olive oil.
Add chicken to hot pan. Stir occasionally until golden-brown and chicken reaches a minimum internal temperature of 165 degrees, 5-7 minutes.Reduce heat to low. -
3 Add the Enchilada Sauce and Cheese
Add enchilada sauce (to taste) to hot pan. Stir often until chicken is coated, 1-2 minutes.
Evenly top with cheese. Cover and cook until cheese is melted, 30-60 seconds.Remove from burner.While chicken cooks, continue recipe. -
4 Heat Riced Cauliflower and Beans and Finish Dish
Place a medium non-stick pan over medium heat and add 1 Tbsp. butter. Stir often until melted, 20-30 seconds.
Add white portions of green onions, riced cauliflower, beans, and garlic salt. Stir often until riced cauliflower is heated through, 4-6 minutes.Remove from burner.Plate dish as pictured on front of card, topping riced cauliflower-bean mixture with chicken (to taste). Garnish with sour cream, tortilla strips, and green portions of green onions. Bon appétit!
